The County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs is one of five organizations across the country participating in a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau pilot of Your Money, Your Goals: A financial empowerment toolkit for community volunteers. Your Money, Your Goals is designed to equip community volunteers with information and tools that can increase clients’ financial capability. During the pilot, we will lead local workshops for volunteers using Your Money, Your Goals and survey workshop participants for feedback on the materials. CFPB will use this information to revise and enhance the toolkit for national dissemination.
