The L.A. County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs office located at the Hall of Records (320 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012) in Downtown Los Angeles has reopened following repairs due to an unexpected facilities issue. For the most efficient in-person service, please set up an appointment time.
