Rent Registry

Rent Registry is an online service portal where owners of rental properties located in unincorporated Los Angeles County can register rental properties, update unit information, and pay annual registration fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Rent Registry is currently experiencing technical difficulties affecting some users.
Our team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you own property or a mobilehome park in unincorporated LA County, you may be required to register your property with the County and pay registration fees annually.

To register your property, follow the steps below:
  1. Create your account
  2. Use your Property Identification Number (PIN) to find your property. (Contact our office if you do not have your PIN)
  3. Update your contact, property, and unit information
  4. Submit your registration

Not a landlord? Not a problem. If you are not a landlord and occupy the property as your primary residence, notify our department by emailing rentregistry@dcba.lacounty.gov to be removed from our mailing list.
