Rent Stabilization
The Rent Stabilization Program covers the Rent Stabilization and Tenant Protections Ordinance and Mobilehome Rent Stabilization and Mobilehome Owner Protection Ordinance which stabilize rents and extends eviction protections for eligible properties. The program also oversees the Rental Housing Oversight Commission which resolves disputes related to the ordinances.
