Rent Registry

Rent Registry is an online portal that allows owners of rental properties in unincorporated Los Angeles County to register rental properties, update unit information, and pay annual registration fees.

NOTICE: The Rent Registry 2026-27 registration period is open now. Submit your registration by September 30, 2026 to avoid late fees.

If you own rental property or a mobilehome park in unincorporated Los Angeles County, you may be required to register your property with the County and pay annual registration fees.

How to Register:

      1. Visit Rent Registry.
      2. Enter your Property Identification Number (PIN) to locate your property.
      3. Update your contact and property details.
      4. Submit your registration and rent registration payment annually by September 30 to avoid late fees.

Can’t find your PIN?
Email rentregistry@dcba.lacounty.gov with the subject line “Need My PIN” and include your name and property address. Our team will send your PIN so you can complete the registration process.

NOT A LANDLORD?
If you occupy the property as your primary residence and are NOT a landlord, notify DCBA by emailing rentregistry@dcba.lacounty.gov to be removed from our mailing list.
