Emblem Program for Authorized Cannabis Stores

Authorized cannabis retail facilities who are contracted with the Department of Public Health have received all required state and local licenses and have completed the Cannabis Compliance and Enforcement Program (CCEP). This program is intended to protect consumers and communities by preventing harmful effects caused by unlicensed and unregulated cannabis stores. CCEP conducts environmental health and sanitation inspections of commercial cannabis facilities. Cities that currently have an agreement: Baldwin Park, Culver City, El Monte, Lancaster, Malibu, and Los Angeles.
