Even though recreational cannabis use is legal in California, there are still plenty of questions on how the law works and how communities and individuals can be affected. The L.A. County Office of Cannabis Management teamed up with the L.A. City Department of Cannabis Regulation at a seminar held by the Empowerment Congress to discuss what “legal” means when it comes to recreational cannabis use.
