The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) – Fee and Tax Waiver Program
Are back fees and taxes on your mobilehome or manufactured home holding you back from obtaining proper title and registration? HCD has set up a Fee and Tax Waiver Program just for you. Having an up-to-date title and registration is important. You will need it if you want to properly sell your home or put it in the name of a loved one down the road. You will need it to qualify for fire or flood insurance, obtain a proper building permit to do improvements, or to take advantage of utility energy-efficiency programs.
