Services available Thursdays and Fridays
The Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs has reopened its branch office location at the Lancaster Library. DCBA staff will be available to provide service and answer your questions on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The library is located at 601 West Lancaster Boulevard.
You can also get help from DCBA by telephone. You can speak with a DCBA counselor by calling (800) 593-8222. To avoid wait times, you can now set up a phone reservation time and a DCBA counselor will call you at your preferred time. Visit our phone reservation system and select a day and time that works best for you.
