As of July 1, 2023, the Los Angeles County minimum wage has increased to $16.90 per hour across the unincorporated areas of the County.

This wage rate applies to workers who perform at least two hours of work per week in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. To determine whether a workplace is in Unincorporated LA County, check our guide here.

Employers are required to update workplace postings with the newest wage rate. Download and print postings in seven languages here.
