Keep Your Home California is a free state-run, federally-funded program that helps low and moderate income families avoid foreclosure and maintain an affordable mortgage payment. You do not have to pay any fees to apply for assistance. If you are asked to pay a fee or suspect fraud related to a Keep Your Home California program, contact their compliance unit at 916-326-8686, or by email at complianceunit@kyhca.org.
