LA County Landlords! Are you struggling financially or have tenants who owe back rent because of the COVID-19 pandemic? Find out if you qualify for the Los Angeles County Rent Relief Program. The program offers grants of up to $30,000 per rental unit to qualified landlords for past-due rent and eligible expenses dating from April 1, 2022 to now.
See if you are eligible and apply online at lacountyrentrelief.com. We encourage you to apply early. You must apply before Friday, January 12, at 11:59 PM PST.
The goal of the program is to prevent evictions and help tenants stay housed. If you are a tenant, tell your landlord about the program by clicking the “Tenant Referral” button on the website.
