Rent Adjustment
These forms may be used by tenants and mobilehome owners/mobilehome space renters to request a rent adjustment when rent increases exceed the allowable limit, when housing services have been reduced, or when there are habitability concerns.

Proof of Service
This form must be completed and submitted together with any application or any notice of termination of tenancy filed with the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (DCBA) Rent Stabilization Program, and is generally required to demonstrate that the property owner has been notified of the submission.

Rent Increase
Landlords may use this form to request a rent increase above the allowable annual limit under LACC Section 8.52.050.
Please note: The landlord must must also provide evidence to show that any additional rent increase is necessary to obtain a fair and reasonable return.

Mobilehome Rent Stabilization and Mobilehome Owner Protections Ordinance
